We are looking for a Bookkeeper with the hopes of developing into a controller, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, and the development of internal control policies and procedures with company leadership. Bookkeeper responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

-      Financial Analytics:
  • Generate weekly financial statements P&L, AR, and Balance Sheets
  • Cash Management and forecasting
  • Invoicing
  • CORE Report
  • Credit card transactions
  • Payroll review and approvals
-      Managing all finance and accounting operations
-      Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
-      Preparing and publishing timely weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
-      Support month-end and year-end close process
-      Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
-      Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
-      Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance
-      Work with company CPA to file taxes
-      Additional bookkeeping duties as necessary

Requirements & Skills:
-      Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, or finance
-      Preferred additional experience- IE internship or work-study
-      Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
-      Excellent accounting software user and administration skills

  • Communicate information with precision and make it easy to understand for everyone involved
